Kathy Wurth

Kathy is a researcher, speaker, volunteer, and owner of Family Tree Tours, a heritage travel company, specializing in ancestral trips to Germany and other European countries. She is a member of several genealogy societies and leader of the Germans In St. Louis Research Group in Missouri. Kathy has been leading tours since 2007.

Teaching:  

Beginning German Genealogy – Identify German immigrants’ origins through US resources and strategies including family records, passenger lists, naturalizations, church records, censuses, newspapers, obituaries and local histories. Learn what you can find using FamilySearch.org and other online sources.
